For example, she would go over all disclosures first and give me a list of the pros. cons and any concerns of the house. If I decided to write an offer, she would do a lot of research and give me a reasonable price range for the house. Then let me decide the offer price I would like to write. Even though we tried to write a few offers and all of them were accepted by the sellers before I bought my dream house, Serena is always patient with me and finally helped me buy my dream house at a very good price. Before I closed escrow on my house, Serena helped me inspect the house. She found a lot of problems with the house and requested the seller to repair them before I closed escrow, which saved me a lot of time and money to do the repairs.
